What we build with Python
Python is the language JK Tech Hub uses when a project involves data, automation or AI rather than only screens and forms. From Rajkot we deliver:
- AI chatbots and AI agents that answer from your documents, handle support tickets or draft quotes, built on open-source frameworks and hosted where your data stays under your control.
- Django and FastAPI backends for web applications, especially internal systems with complex permissions and reporting.
- Automation scripts and services: bank statement parsing, invoice extraction, scheduled report emails, bulk data cleanup and collection of public data.
- Analytics and forecasting modules added to an existing ERP, such as demand forecasting for inventory or lead scoring for a CRM.
- Desktop utilities and command-line tools for engineering and finance teams that outgrow spreadsheets; see also our desktop application service.
Each delivery includes a containerised deployment, tests for the business logic, and documentation of the models, prompts or pipelines so your team can retrain or adjust them later.
When Python is the right choice, and when it is not
Python is the right choice when the hard part of the project is processing information: machine learning, natural language, statistics, document parsing, image handling or integration with scientific and financial libraries. It is also a good fit for internal business systems where development speed matters more than raw request throughput, and Django's admin and permissions model gets a working system in front of staff quickly.
It is the wrong choice when:
- The product is a real-time consumer application with thousands of concurrent connections. Node.js handles that more naturally.
- The front end and backend team is one small group of JavaScript developers. A second language raises the maintenance burden.
- It is a mobile app. Python has no serious role on the phone; use Flutter or React Native with a Python API behind it if AI features are needed.
In practice many of our systems are hybrid: a Node.js or Next.js application for the user-facing side and a Python service for the parts that think. We are explicit in the proposal about which parts go where and why.
Cost and timeline for Python projects
A basic Python project, for example an automation script with a small web interface or a chatbot answering from a fixed document set, starts at ₹45,000 and takes three to six weeks. A standard project, such as a Django application with roles and reporting or an AI assistant integrated with your CRM and WhatsApp, starts at ₹1,50,000 and takes eight to fourteen weeks. Enterprise work, including custom machine learning pipelines, document processing at scale or AI agents wired into several internal systems, starts at ₹5,00,000 and runs sixteen to twenty-four weeks.
AI projects carry two costs the quote separates clearly: our development fee, and the ongoing model or GPU usage, which depends on volume and which we estimate from your expected traffic. Where privacy demands it we deploy open-source models on your own infrastructure instead.
All quotes are fixed-price against a written scope with three months of support included, and clients outside India receive the same quote in their own currency via our international page.
