What we build with Flutter
Flutter is our primary framework for mobile apps that must ship on both iOS and Android from one codebase. JK Tech Hub has built more than forty Flutter apps from Rajkot, and the recurring project types are:
- Customer-facing apps for eCommerce and delivery businesses with catalogue, cart, order tracking and push notifications.
- Field and sales apps that feed a CRM or ERP: visit logging, order booking, photo capture and offline sync for areas with weak signal.
- Attendance and HR apps with geofenced check-in, leave requests and payslip access.
- Patient and parent apps for hospitals and schools: appointments, reports, fee payment and announcements.
- Companion apps for hardware and IoT devices over Bluetooth, and internal tools that run on the tablets staff already carry.
Every app is delivered with a backend (Node.js, Python or Firebase), store listings prepared for both stores, crash reporting and analytics configured, and source code you own. The mobile app development service page covers the full process.
When Flutter is the right choice, and when it is not
Flutter fits when you want one team, one codebase and identical behaviour on iPhone and Android, with a custom look rather than each platform's default widgets. It is strong for apps with heavy animation, branded design systems, and for businesses that will later want a web or desktop build from the same code. Development is typically 30 to 40 percent faster than building two native apps, which is what makes it the right default for most Indian SMEs and startups.
It is not the right choice when:
- The app depends deeply on platform-specific features such as advanced AR, complex background audio or tight system integrations. Native Swift and Kotlin still win there.
- Your existing team is React-based and will maintain the app. React Native keeps them in one language.
- The "app" is really a website. A responsive Next.js site or a progressive web app avoids app store review entirely.
- The product is a demanding 3D game, where a game engine is the correct tool.
We will tell you which of these applies in the first call rather than fitting every project to Flutter.
Cost and timeline for Flutter projects
A basic Flutter app, meaning a single-purpose app with login, a few screens and a simple backend, starts at ₹60,000 and takes four to eight weeks. A standard app with a full backend, payments, notifications, an admin panel and store submission starts at ₹2,00,000 and takes eight to fourteen weeks. Enterprise apps such as marketplaces, multi-role logistics platforms or apps with offline sync against an ERP start at ₹6,00,000 and run sixteen to twenty-four weeks.
Costs rise with the number of user roles, real-time features, third-party integrations and whether the backend and admin panel are in scope. Store fees, a developer account for each store and any paid SMS or maps usage are billed at cost and shown separately in the quote.
All projects are fixed-price against a signed scope, include three months of bug fixes after release, and can move to a monthly maintenance plan covering OS updates and store compliance. Overseas clients receive the quote in their own currency; the international page explains how we work across time zones.
