1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

JK Tech Hub provides software development and related technology services, including but not limited to mobile application development, web application development, website development, SEO services, desktop application development, and ERP solutions.

The scope, timeline, deliverables, and cost of any project will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between the Company and the client. These Terms and Conditions supplement any project-specific agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules, amounts, and methods will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
• A non-refundable advance payment is typically required before the commencement of any project.
• All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are overdue.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment of all project-related fees, the client will receive ownership of the custom source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

The Company retains the right to use general-purpose code libraries, frameworks, tools, and methodologies that are not unique to the client's project. The Company also reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All content on the JK Tech Hub website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JK Tech Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe
• Ensure that all content provided does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JK Tech Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on our services
• Any other matter relating to our services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to JK Tech Hub for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty and Support

JK Tech Hub provides a reasonable warranty period for bug fixes on delivered projects, as specified in the project agreement. This warranty covers defects in the software that deviate from the agreed-upon specifications. Additional feature development, enhancements, or changes beyond the original scope are not covered under warranty and will be billed separately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
