What we build with AWS
AWS is where JK Tech Hub deploys most client systems that need to scale beyond a single server, and it is our default when a client asks for hosting they will not have to think about. Work we deliver from Rajkot includes:
- Production hosting for web applications and app backends on EC2 or ECS, with RDS for PostgreSQL, S3 for files and CloudFront in front so users across India and abroad get fast responses.
- Serverless backends on Lambda and API Gateway for SaaS products with spiky traffic, so you pay for use rather than idle servers.
- Migrations of ERP and business systems from on-premise servers or shared hosting to AWS, including database moves with minimal downtime.
- CI/CD pipelines, automated backups, monitoring and alerting so that failures are known before a customer reports them.
- Cost reviews of existing AWS accounts that have grown without a plan, which routinely cut monthly bills by a third.
Everything is defined as code with Terraform or CloudFormation and documented, so your account is not dependent on us to operate.
When AWS is the right choice, and when it is not
AWS is the right choice when uptime matters, traffic varies, or the system has several moving parts such as databases, queues, file storage and background workers. It has the widest service catalogue available, India regions in Mumbai and Hyderabad for data residency and latency, and your future hires will already know it. It also suits businesses that expect to grow and do not want to migrate hosts later.
It is the wrong choice when:
- You run a small website or a single low-traffic application. A managed platform or a well-configured VPS costs a fraction and needs less expertise to operate.
- Your mobile app just needs authentication, a database and notifications quickly. Firebase gets there in days.
- Nobody on your side will ever look at the console and you have no budget for managed operations. AWS punishes neglect with surprise bills.
- Your organisation is already committed to another cloud with credits or contracts in place.
We host on AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel and plain Linux servers, and choose by workload and budget rather than habit.
Cost and timeline for AWS projects
AWS work has two costs, our setup fee and Amazon's monthly bill, and we present both. A basic deployment, meaning a single application with a managed database, backups, SSL and monitoring, starts at ₹30,000 and takes one to two weeks. A standard setup with CI/CD, auto-scaling, staging and production environments, and infrastructure as code starts at ₹1,00,000 and takes three to six weeks. Enterprise projects such as full migrations from on-premise, multi-region architectures or compliance-driven setups start at ₹3,00,000 and run four to twelve weeks.
Monthly AWS charges for a typical Indian SME web application land between ₹2,000 and ₹15,000; larger systems are estimated from your expected traffic and storage before any commitment. Ongoing management, covering patching, monitoring, cost checks and incident response, is available as a monthly plan starting at ₹15,000.
Setup quotes are fixed-price, and overseas clients receive them in their own currency; see the international page for how we handle support hours across time zones.
