What we build with Vue.js
Vue.js is the framework JK Tech Hub uses when a client's existing product or team is already Vue, or when a lighter frontend with a gentle learning curve is the priority. Projects from our Rajkot team include:
- Admin panels and dashboards for inventory, POS and billing systems, where staff need fast, keyboard-friendly screens.
- Customer-facing web applications and portals built with Nuxt for server rendering and clean URLs.
- Interactive features embedded into existing websites, such as configurators, calculators and booking widgets, without rebuilding the whole site.
- Front ends for Laravel and PHP backends, where Vue is the natural pairing and the client's team already works in that ecosystem.
- Progressive web apps for small eCommerce and service businesses that want an app-like experience without app stores.
We build on Vue 3 with the Composition API, TypeScript, Pinia for state and Vuetify or a custom component library, and hand over with tests, documentation and a deployment your team can repeat.
When Vue.js is the right choice, and when it is not
Vue.js is the right choice when your team or vendor already uses it, when you need to add rich interactivity to an existing server-rendered site a piece at a time, or when developers new to frontend frameworks will maintain the code. It is smaller and simpler than React and Angular, its templates read like HTML, and Nuxt gives it server rendering and SEO on par with Next.js for most sites.
It is the wrong choice when:
- You are hiring in India and want the largest possible pool of developers. React has several times more candidates.
- The product will grow into a large multi-team application over years. Vue can do it, but the ecosystem of enterprise tooling around Angular and React is deeper.
- You need a mobile app from the same codebase. React Native and Flutter are the mature paths.
- The requirement is a content website. WordPress or a static Next.js site is cheaper.
Vue is a good framework that we are happy to build with; we simply do not recommend switching to it from a working React codebase, and we say so when asked.
Cost and timeline for Vue.js projects
A basic Vue.js application, such as an internal dashboard or a set of interactive widgets for an existing site, starts at ₹45,000 and takes three to six weeks. A standard project, for example a Nuxt-based customer portal with authentication, roles and API integration, starts at ₹1,25,000 and takes six to twelve weeks. Enterprise work such as a multi-module business application or a rebuild of a legacy PHP interface in Vue starts at ₹4,00,000 and runs twelve to twenty weeks.
Pricing follows the number of screens and integrations, whether we are building the backend as well, and whether the design is supplied. Adding Vue to an existing site piece by piece is often the lowest-cost route to modernising it, and we scope that work in stages so each stage stands on its own.
Every quote is fixed-price against a written scope, includes three months of bug-fix support, and can continue on a monthly plan for framework updates and new features. Clients outside India receive the quote in their own currency; see the international page.
